1. Facilities Provided:
Please note that we offer all facilities, including a driver and gasoline, as part of our service package. However, customers are responsible for covering sightseeing ticket entrance fees and toll charges during their journey.
2. Duration of Service:
The driver will remain with the customer for a maximum of 10 hours. Should the duration exceed this limit, additional charges will apply for every minute beyond the allotted time.
3. Booking Requirements:
Customers making online reservations must provide comprehensive details regarding their pick-up and drop-off points, as well as their selected package plan, before their trip to Indonesia.
4. Accepted Payment:
We accept all currencies for payment in cash. Please ensure you have the necessary currency available at the time of service.
5. Included Services:
The price of our service includes car gasoline and driver services, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our customers.
